How it works

  1. First visit

    I visit and list the safety systems in place and their condition.

  2. Contract offer

    We send an offer listing the systems covered and the visit schedule.

  3. Regular visits

    At each visit we check the systems and tell you what needs repair or replacement.

  4. Records and reminders

    You get a record of each visit, and a reminder before extinguisher refill dates.

Maintenance contracts and the Civil Defense licence

When a hotel applies for or renews its Civil Defense safety licence through the Salama platform, it is usually asked for a valid maintenance contract with a fire-safety company accredited by Civil Defense. Requirements can change, so check the current ones for your property on the platform.
